  The brand is good, but the service in the store is very poor. Since I had a short vacation in London and visited this store twice, only the security guards at the entrance would smile at customers. The other staff in the store were unenthusiastic and lazy, which made me lose my desire to shop. Even if I reached out to touch the products to try them on, no staff would proactively ask: "What can I do for you? What is your usual clothing size? " Nor would they offer to do a matching for the customer. Or the staff had biased Asian faces? Such a service attitude goes against the brand image.

  I wanted to take a moment to share an in-store experience I had yesterday, and to recognise a member of your staff, Anessia, who truly went above and beyond. I arrived feeling quite stressed and unsure about my sizing, which made the shopping experience initially overwhelming. However, Anessia approached me with warmth, patience, and genuine attentiveness. She took the time to help me think through my sizing concerns, reassured me throughout, and consistently checked the stockroom to find the right options for me. Her calm and supportive manner made a significant difference in turning my experience around. Despite it being the final hour before closing, Anessia remained fully engaged and committed to helping me find exactly what I needed. Thanks to her dedication and professionalism, I was able to purchase my outfit in the correct size. Her level of customer care was truly outstanding, and I believe she is a fantastic example of excellence in client experience. I would strongly like to recommend her for recognition or promotion, as her skills and attitude are a real asset to your team. Thank you again, Anessia, for your kindness and exceptional service.

  I visited the Alo Yoga store in London for the first time today, during their anniversary celebrations, and it was a really lovely experience. The store itself is spread across three floors and is very well organised, with a great variety of products. The fitting rooms were clean and comfortable, which made trying things on easy and enjoyable. The staff were especially impressive — friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. What stood out was their great communication with each other, constantly keeping one another informed about product availability and fitting room space, which made everything run very smoothly. I usually shop online, so this was my first time visiting a physical store, and it definitely lived up to expectations. The only (very small!) disappointment was that the promotional gift bag I had my eye on wasn’t available by the time I visited — it looked beautiful. Hopefully I’ll have better luck next time… or maybe one might find its way to me 😊

  I visited the Alo Yoga Covent Garden store today and had one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in London. What really made the difference was the service. Olivia, the sales assistant who helped me, was exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She guided me through different options, gave honest advice, and helped me put together an outfit that felt completely right for me. It didn’t feel pushy at all, just genuinely helpful and attentive. It’s rare to find this level of service, and it made the whole experience enjoyable and effortless. I’ll definitely be coming back!!
